Manage enterprise-level customers by creating efficient strategies for building automation integration and controls projects
Identify resources and budgetary requirements for projects of multiple sizes
Execute plans using methods including scheduling, delegation, and coordination with multiple team members and customers
Assess projects by utilizing quality control measures
Track metrics and analyze key project goals to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate with the executive team to ensure projects are aligned with business goals
Assist with training employees on building automation systems integration techniques and fundamentals of HVAC equipment
Integrate, troubleshoot, and commission large and small automation projects
Drive sales based on new and existing customer base
Qualification
Required
Five years of building automation systems integration and/or controls experience
Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC and BAS systems
