Responsibilities

Ability to develop and stay active during a long sales cycle by finding a balance between utilizing sales methods and building long lasting relationships
Source, engage and educate new prospective clients
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with centers of influence in the market
Build and retain relationships with carriers
Ability to be well versed in and sell a full suite of products and services
Assist in the Agent of Record transfer for new clients to allow for an effortless transition
Establish and document detailed records in our Salesforce CRM

Qualification

Sales experienceHealth insurance knowledgeBachelor's degreeCommunication skillsAnalytical skills

Required

Successful sales track record preferred
Experience in health insurance preferred
4-year bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication skills: ability to make technical presentations to all levels of organizations
Solid mathematical propensity and analytical thought process
