They are seeking a motivated Reliability Engineer Intern to support their Reliability and Maintenance teams, focusing on improving equipment reliability and supporting preventative maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support reliability initiatives aimed at improving equipment uptime and performance
Track equipment performance metrics and downtime events across production lines
Assist with CMMS data entry and work order documentation
Collect failure data on key assets
Help develop, refine, and standardize preventative maintenance (PM) procedures
Participate in equipment failure analysis and root cause problem-solving activities
Lead smaller-scale reliability improvement projects
Assist with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and visual work instructions
Participate in time studies, asset utilization reviews, and reliability assessments
Assist with continuous improvement and lean initiatives related to equipment and processes
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field), Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest in equipment reliability, maintenance systems, and manufacturing operations
Preferred
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
