Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines to reduce downtime

Perform PLC troubleshooting to diagnose machine and process failures

Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Respond to frequent equipment breakdowns in a high-production environment

Support mold changeovers and mold set assistance as needed

Complete preventive maintenance (PMs), inspections, and component replacements

Collaborate with maintenance technicians, mold repair technicians, and production teams

Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing best practices
