Provide direct supervision of program staff
Responsible for all regulatory functions and daily program activities
Assist with the development of wellness activities
Ensure wellness activities through the Engaged and Empowered program are carried out daily
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of management or supervisory experience working with people with developmental disabilities required
A valid NYS driver's license that meets Agency standards
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred
