Project Manager - Change Management Support
Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is a leading Federal contractor that specializes in designing, developing, and delivering information technology and network solutions for government customers. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting and overseeing project lifecycle activities, ensuring alignment with FAA IT Services project management guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of various infrastructure projects for facilitating, managing, and supporting all aspects of change requests within the organization, ensuring adherence to standardized procedures, and maintaining the integrity of the IT infrastructure
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation to project tasks
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Create and manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating appropriately when necessary
Manage approved changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Act as the primary point of contact for project communications
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Conduct project reviews and obtain approvals from senior management
Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial constraints and objectives
Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, achievements, and any deviations from the plan
Ensure all projects comply with FAA regulations and standards
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
Qualification
Required
U.S Citizenship required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
This position is 5/days onsite in Oklahoma City, OK
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or IT Management
Two (2) years of relevant experience. Experience must be relevant to the project control duties listed below under Responsibilities
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Proven experience in project management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and standards
Ability to effectively lead and manage multiple priority projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Proven experience in project management within IT infrastructure, data center operations, and storage solutions
Proven experience in project management and change management processes
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) operations
