Responsibilities
Operate and support packaging line activities including product handling, labeling, weighing, sealing, and palletizing
Assist with product changeovers, material staging, and line clean-up to reduce downtime
Perform routine sanitation tasks by cleaning equipment, tools, and work areas to meet food safety and quality standards
Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and sanitation schedules
Monitor product quality and report issues to supervisors promptly
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment according to training
Maintain accurate documentation of production and sanitation activities
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Operate powered industrial vehicles, including forklifts, to move materials as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Forklift experience required
Ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperature environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness
Flexibility to rotate between production and sanitation duties
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts if required
Preferred
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or sanitation (training provided if not)
