Responsibilities
Support employee education initiatives for retirement plan clients
Assist with creation and distribution of educational materials and presentations
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and education sessions
Maintain organized documentation related to education initiatives
Support wealth management opportunities originating from retirement plans
Maintain and update the wealth management opportunity pipeline
Assist with events supporting education and wealth management growth
Support new client onboarding and account setup
Prepare and process applications, transfers, and rollover paperwork
Track asset movement and ensure compliance requirements are met
Assist with money movement and service requests
Maintain accurate CRM records and internal client setup
Support OneNote, eMoney, and digital file organization
Schedule and prepare materials for investment reviews
Document meeting notes and track follow-up items
Provide proactive client communication and service updates
Contribute ideas to improve processes and department efficiency
Qualification
Required
Series 7 and 65 required. If not currently held, tests would need to be taken and passed within the first 6 months of employment
Interest in pursuing a career as a financial advisor
1-3 years of financial services experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel as needed
Securities licenses required
1-2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
