Responsibilities

Manage multiple complex calendars with competing priorities across global time zones
Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
Support the EA team on larger strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
Build and optimize processes to improve team and leadership effectiveness
Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
Collaborate with a strong EA team on department-wide initiatives

Qualification

Executive calendar managementMicrosoft Office proficiencyLeadership support experienceProcess optimizationCollaboration skills

Required

2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience managing multiple calendars
