Responsibilities
Configure machines and subsystems to meet testing requirements
Assist engineers in creating Product Qualification Plans (PQPs)
Perform product and subsystem testing per PQPs
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data
Support software installations for factory and field deployment
Document results in clear, formal test reports
Fabricate prototypes and test systems
Build PCB assemblies and wiring harnesses
Perform failure analysis on parts, assemblies, and systems
Troubleshoot and debug electro-mechanical systems
Fabricate prototype parts using machine tools under engineering direction
Maintain test system inventory and configurations
Help keep labs safe, organized, and ready for use
Qualification
Required
Two-year technical degree in engineering, electronics, physics, mechanical technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
Equivalent experience considered
5+ years of related industry, equipment, or lab experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
Ability to debug and repair electro-mechanical assemblies
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred
Soldering cables and PCB assemblies
Computer configuration and system deployment experience
Advanced Excel skills
MiniTab or statistical tool experience
LabVIEW familiarity
Basic CAD modeling experience
Experience working in a 5S environment
