Spectrum is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products. They are seeking a Fraud Representative to handle various functions associated with fraud and abuse, focusing on customer support and problem-solving in a collaborative team environment.

Investigating and resolving customer issues
Employing tools that detect and disrupt fraud schemes
Evaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claims
Working on a wide variety of investigations
Qualification
Required
Experience: Fraud or customer service: 1 year
Resolving difficult customer issues: 1 year
Education: High school diploma or GED
Technical Skills: Knowledge of cable/telecom operations, detection and analysis, and laws/regulations related to fraud and risk management
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
Schedule: Some travel required
Preferred
General knowledge of Fraud operations, policies, and procedures
Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
Effective organization and time management when multitasking
