Global Strategy, Senior Manager

Responsibilities
Support our strategy refresh and mid-term planning as we work to integrate Kellanova into our business
Communicate our challenges, strengths, and performance to senior stakeholders (C-suite / Board) via thoughtful, compelling, and polished presentations
Lead and execute internal projects across a myriad of critical business issues to help deliver on our global strategy. Work with regional and global stakeholders to define the key questions that need to be answered, develop a plan and approach to solve, and execute against the plan to deliver results
Drive our competitive intelligence and benchmarking work. Work in close collaboration with our regional teams and conduct desk research and data analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business or related field is required
5+ years experience in either global corporate strategy or strategy consulting at a top tier firm (with strong preference for CPG industry experience)
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to break problems into logical sub-components, build a framework for analysis, collect and structure large amounts of data, and conduct thoughtful analyses to arrive at business recommendations
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings through focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities
Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect, with peers, team members, and executives
Track record of success in effectively owning and driving complex projects involving frequent interaction with senior executives
Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
Extensive experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel required
Passion for consumer goods and our brands
