Responsibilities
Lead enterprise procurement strategy development to ensure alignment with organizational goals, long-term affordability targets, and supply resilience
Optimize the supplier base by identifying strategic partners, driving multi-year agreements, and advancing supplier performance and capability
Oversee complex sourcing initiatives across programs or business units, ensuring compliance, competitive advantage, and total cost improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to mature procurement processes, enhance proposal/sourcing activities, and elevate cross-functional collaboration
Establish and monitor procurement performance metrics to ensure operational excellence, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and services
Develop and execute risk-management strategies to mitigate supply disruptions, quality issues, and commercial exposure
Provide senior-level leadership to the procurement team, ensuring effective staffing, development, coaching, and performance management to maximize team impact
Serve as the primary procurement interface to senior leadership, communicating supply-base risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
Qualification
Required
Minimum six (6) years of experience in people management
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Subcontract Management, managing the performance of a broad supply base business
Bachelor's Degree
Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered
