Responsibilities

Driving new business by identifying prospects, reaching out, and converting leads into policyholders
Conducting client consultations to determine insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Selling and cross-selling insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
Achieving and surpassing individual sales goals to help drive agency growth
Staying current on product knowledge and compliance standards
Using CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions

Required

Previous sales experience or a demonstrated record of consistently meeting goals

At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)
