Applications Analyst
Atlanta Community Food Bank is working to end hunger in the community, and they are seeking a skilled Applications Analyst to join their IT team. The role involves maintaining and enhancing software applications, providing application support, and assisting with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for systems like NetSuite ERP, Waerlinx WMS, Dynamics CRM, OMNItracs, and eCommerce platforms
Troubleshoot application issues, collaborate with users and IT staff, and escalate when needed
Monitor and respond to service desk tickets for application-related issues, prioritizing business continuity and escalating complex or systemic issues as appropriate
Assist with setting up and maintaining user roles and permissions under the direction of the Applications Administrator
Configure standard workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards within NetSuite
Run and modify saved searches, reports, and data extracts to support operational and departmental needs across both office-based teams and frontline warehouse and logistics operations
Support routine data imports, exports, and validation exercises to ensure data accuracy and usability
Help identify and resolve data integrity issues through audits and clean-up tasks
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system updates, and new feature rollouts by helping create test scripts and capturing results
Document business processes, system configurations, and training guides for end-users
Provide one-on-one or small group training to end users on application functionality and best practices, with a focus on adoption, consistency, and reducing workarounds
Maintain knowledge base content and help promote self-service support tools
Qualification
Required
Experience with NetSuite and WAERLinxs tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics) including building or maintaining workflows, searches, reports, or related system functionality
Familiarity with SQL concepts, cloud-based applications, and third-party integrations, or the demonstrated ability to learn and support these tools in a production environment
Understanding of the ITIL processes and best practices
