Responsibilities
Coordinate the production of high-quality video content for weekly services, events, announcements, and special projects across multiple campuses
Collaborate with the staff to script, shoot, and edit videos that engage and inspire the church community
Collaborate with the communications team to ensure video/media content aligns with corporate brand and messaging
Align all video/media content with the church’s mission, values, and cultural habits
Assist with the creation and editing of podcasts
Assist with podcast production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in quality
Edit audio files for clarity, flow, and quality, incorporating music, sound effects, and other elements where necessary
Distribute podcast episodes across relevant platforms
Maintain a content calendar for video and podcast production to ensure alignment with church events, sermon series, and ministry initiatives
Coordinate with site staff to gather content and feedback, ensuring all campus needs are met
Assist the communications team in production and creation of social media posts, graphics, and coordinating social media scheduling as appropriate
Maintain proper technical setup for video and podcasting, including lighting, camera, and sound equipment for recording in various environments
Maintain video and podcasting equipment, ensuring all tools are operational and up-to-date
Assist with troubleshooting any technical issues related to video production, audio recording, and live streaming
Collaborate with the communications team and campus staff to ensure cohesive messaging and smooth workflow
Assist the communications team in production of slides and other audio visual needs
Assist with other creative projects as needed, including social media content creation, promotional videos, and graphics
Execute special assignments under general supervision
Participate in team and planning meetings
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in a related field or five or more years of progressively responsible audio and videography experience
Transportation

Good communicator, written, verbal, and visually

Proficient in computer applications (Editing software/Final Cut Pro preferred; post-production software)
