Responsibilities
Design and develop products or systems according to customer or project requirements
Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs
Perform testing and analysis to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance
Document engineering processes, design specifications, and technical reports
Collaborate with manufacturing, production, or field teams to ensure smooth product development and launch
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the design and production phases

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related field)
Proven experience in an engineering role (typically 3+ years, depending on the position)
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, processes, and industry standards
Proficiency with relevant engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc.)
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency with CAD, CAE, or CAM software (e.g., CATIA, ANSYS, Inventor)
Familiarity with programming languages or scripting (e.g., Python, C++, Java)
Data analysis and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink)
Ability to work with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
