Drive new business growth through active prospecting, referrals, and networking
Conduct detailed consultations to match clients with optimal insurance solutions
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Maintain lasting client relationships through superior service and renewal support
Track activity, follow-ups, and renewals with CRM systems
Ensure compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company guidelines
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of previous insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
Active California Property & Casualty License
Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain soon after hire)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales production goals
High professionalism, organization, and self-motivation
