Responsibilities

Prospect new clients via outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals
Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
Achieve monthly production goals by selling and cross-selling products
Follow up on open quotes and leads provided by the agency
Provide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships
Use CRM tools to stay organized and ensure accuracy in policy documents and records
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and agency growth efforts

Required

Prior sales experience
Desire to achieve or surpass goals
At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing positions
Effective communication and persuasion skills
Comfort with outbound calls, digital communication, and face-to-face contact
A results-focused attitude and commitment to ongoing development
Quick learning ability for insurance products, systems, and compliance requirements

Preferred

Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
Proficiency in a second language is advantageous
