Responsibilities
Build shared geospatial platform services that enable multiple airport domains (planning, leasing, facilities, operations) to consume consistent maps, dashboards, and data products
Engineer repeatable ingestion and transformation patterns for CAD – GIS and indoor/space data models (including topology correction and automation of updates)
Enable "digital twin" evolution from 2D to 3D and integration of schedules/cost context as program maturity grows
Implement standards-based integration with BIM practices and facilities modernization efforts referenced in MDAD procurements
Define and maintain platform documentation, service catalog, and developer enablement (templates, patterns, reference implementations)
Qualification
Required
Experience building internal platforms (not just apps) - shared services, reusable patterns, data pipelines, reliability
Strong Esri + integration engineering background; comfort with CAD/BIM adjacent workflows
Preferred
Airport capital program or facilities management integration experience (asset/work order/BIM/CAD)
