Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and present tailored wireless communication solutions
Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers to support solution design
Assist customers with processing requests related to in-building wireless coverage improvements
Identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate wireless solutions to meet customer needs
Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent experience in field
7-10 years - Work Experience
Technical Leadership
Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to create and deliver technical presentations
Proficiency with business application software
Ability to provide strategic direction
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
