Commercial Lines Assistant
Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting large business account executives with the servicing of commercial accounts and coordinating with clients and insurance carriers for policy-related activities.

Responsibilities
Support large business account executives (accounts over $20,000 premium) by assisting with day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts, following direction to manage policy and customer-related activities
Prepare and process policy documentation including certificates of insurance, binders, ID cards, endorsements, audits, cancellations, invoicing, and accurate updates within agency management systems
Coordinate with clients and insurance carriers to respond to policy change requests, obtain loss runs, request endorsements, and provide clerical and administrative support to ensure timely policy delivery
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license within one year of hire
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn agency management systems and carrier rating platforms
Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow guidance while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
