Required

Two (2) years of full-time equivalent experience, within the last five (5) years, supporting Microsoft networked desktops, maintaining and supporting networking functions, supporting file and print servers, administering Active Directory and coordinating user and desktop support, which must also include three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience in at least three (3) of the following areas: MS Windows 10/11, Macintosh OS X, Linux, Mobile device support, including Apple iOS, Android, and Windows OS, Enterprise Backup/Restore/Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN), Network Infrastructure Support (Wired and Wireless), MS Active Directory, MS Systems Center, MS SharePoint 2016 and newer, Tanium, MS Intune, Windows 365
Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed coursework from an accredited college, university, or technical school in information technology, computer sciences, or a closely related field OR a certificate as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, or Cisco Certified Network Administrator may substitute for the required education
Two (2) additional years of qualifying experience can substitute for the education/certification requirement
