Identifying and analyzing key legal, regulatory and commercial risks related to Mastercard’s products and services
Researching legal issues
Collaborating with subject matter experts
Drafting contracts
Review and preparation of product sales materials
Other matters as needed
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in good standing at an ABA accredited law school
Authorized to work in the United States
Demonstrated academic achievement
Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal, team and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Have completed your first year of law school and in good academic standing
Preferred
Inquisitive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
