Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for licensed real estate agent roles nationwide
Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting activity (approximately 50–70 calls per day)
Source, screen, and engage agent candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn, and job boards
Qualify agents efficiently and guide them through the recruiting and onboarding process
Partner with leadership and internal teams to align on agent hiring goals and market needs
Maintain accurate recruiting activity, pipelines, and hiring metrics within the ATS
Deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience in a high-activity environment
Consistently meet or exceed daily call, outreach, and hiring targets
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency; agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven success in high-volume, outbound, call-driven recruiting
Comfortable making 50–70 outbound calls per day
Strong phone presence with persuasive, relationship-building communication skills
Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable managing multiple markets
Preferred
Experience recruiting sales, real estate agents, or commission-based roles strongly preferred
Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
