Responsibilities
Technicians diagnose and repair vehicles accurately while properly caring for and securing them during service
This role follows a 'do it right the first time' philosophy, limiting comebacks to no more than two within a four-week period
Technicians are expected to maintain at least 90% productivity and 100% training completion, comply with company policies and safety standards, maintain certifications, and serve as a technical resource for team members
Strong customer focus, integrity, and clear communication are essential
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months' experience as a certified technician or mechanic
Four ASE certifications required: Brakes, Steering & Suspension, Two additional ASEs (A1, A6, A7, A8, or L1)
Required ASEs must be completed within two testing cycles (testing fees prepaid)
Strong problem-solving, technical interpretation, and customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling
Preferred
Additional ASEs encouraged; ASE-equivalent certifications may be considered
