Responsibilities
Provide leadership in the administration of the University's professional and continuing education programming as well as international efforts
Responsible for the development and expansion of extended and international education opportunities that respond to regional, state, and international markets
Lead international admissions, international extension programs including the American Language and Culture Program (ALCP), and international students and scholars’ programs
Contribute to achieving the goals of the Division of Academic Affairs and the University
Qualification
Required
A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
Experience in leadership roles within higher education
Demonstrated ability to develop and expand educational programs
Experience with international education and admissions
Ability to collaborate with academic colleges and departments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing budgets and resources
Knowledge of current trends in professional and continuing education
Ability to work with diverse populations
Experience in workforce development and personal enrichment programs
Must possess and maintain a valid license to drive in the State of California
Ability to pass the Defensive Training Class and be insurable under the University's liability coverage
