5+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization
Risk and compliance experience strongly recommended
Improve and monitor internal processes, setting up internal systems, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and continually introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions
Drive decisions for operations activities and responsible for special projects
Ensure that operational priorities are aligned with the firm’s elevated client experience
Support Advisor teams with all related operational activities and needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization
Risk and compliance experience strongly recommended
Financial services experience, required
Operational experience, required
Bachelor's degree
Series 9 and 10
Preferred
Desire to drive client excellence
Understanding of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth client segments and needs
Experience collaborating with network of strategic partnerships
Strategic thinker, passionate about identifying opportunities and driving change
