Responsibilities
Designing and building event-driven React micro-frontends optimised for speed and throughput
Owning front-end architecture for critical trading and pricing workflows
Partnering directly with traders, sales, and quants to translate desk requirements into production systems
Driving engineering standards across SDLC, testing, security, and release practices
Acting as a senior technical leader — mentoring engineers and influencing platform direction
Qualification
Required
Strong experience building real-time, high-performance front-end systems
Deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience working in front-office or low-latency environments (trading, market data, real-time systems)
Comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders
Proven ability to lead technical delivery in complex, regulated environments
