Responsibilities
Manage complex, high-risk, and/or strategically significant projects across the full project lifecycle
Identify project requirements, develop project plans, and establish risk mitigation strategies
Develop cost estimates and prepare quotes and/or proposals in response to RFQs and RFPs
Participate in proposal development for large, complex, or new project initiatives
Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful execution
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Fifteen (15)+ years of relevant experience, including managing complex and high-risk projects
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
