Conduct studies in workflow and technology integration
Lead a team and assign project tasks to team members
Interact with all levels of technical, administrative, and professional staff

Required

Two (2) years of experience performing IT business systems analysis or information systems analysis, including four (4) of the following areas: requirements gathering, end user acceptance testing, process mapping, workflow diagramming, documenting business rules, feasibility studies, and cost/benefit analysis
Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed coursework from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, business administration or a closely related field. A list of coursework is required unless you have a bachelor's degree in a qualifying field
One (1) year of additional qualifying experience may substitute for the required education

Preferred

Hands-on experience solving technical issues
Interacting with end users and program developers
Acting in a lead capacity for other technical staff
Providing infrastructure support
