Responsibilities
Inspect properties on a calendared basis from street view, within the community if condominium type
Properly document violations, their frequency, and take photos, if requested or needed
Provide detailed reports that are easy to understand and reiterate for both the client and CAM (Community Association Manager)
Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes, their validity, and provide tentative courses of action for consideration
Notate deferred maintenance and aesthetic blemishes for management to address, in order to uphold property standards
Provide recommendations, Rules & Regulation amendments, and advisory on new compliance regulations for CAMs and Board of Directors’ knowledge
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
Professional customer service skills
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
Time management and time critical prioritization skills
