Responsibilities

Manage all incoming digital leads with a focus on speed, structure, and conversion
Personally work Dealer Socket and Mastermind daily, handling inbound leads and making 80-100 outbound calls
Lead and develop internet sales team with training and accountability
Drive appointment volume and ensure high show-to-sale ratios
Optimize lead follow-up processes to reduce response time and increase engagement
Work with sales managers to ensure sales

Internet Sales ExperienceDealer SocketMastermindSales ManagementHigh-level CommunicationTeam Leadership

Required

5+ years of Internet Sales Experience required
5 day work week-willing to work Fridays and Saturdays 9am-9pm
History of closing at 25-30% or higher from digital leads
Deep understanding of Dealer Socket, Mastermind and modern lead handling strategies
High-level phone, email and texting skills
Ability to motivate a team while remaining personally accountable for results

Preferred

Sales management or team leadership experience preferred
