Own Your Territory: Maximize time and resources to hit sales targets
Customer Engagement: Conduct strategic sales calls with distributors, contractors, and end users
Channel Enablement: Train distributor teams to sell wireless solutions
Demand Generation: Create pull-through with Integrators and end users for Hubbell Wireless products
Present & Persuade: Deliver impactful presentations and demos to decision-makers
Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with distribution and key influencers
Market Intelligence: Share insights on new products and competitive trends with leadership
Resource Hub: Provide technical details, literature, and cross-reference support
Leadership & Expertise: Exhibit strong selling skills, product knowledge, and time management
Sales Collaboration: Cross train on Hubbell Premise Solutions to identify Premise opportunities for Hubbell Premise Wiring

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree preferably
3-5 years experience selling in Wireless Industry
Experience selling through distribution and direct sales
Proficient with Microsoft applications

Asking the right questions to uncover opportunities
Building trust and long-term partnerships
