Responsibilities
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications
Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and inconsistencies
Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team
Validate fixes and enhancements in staging and production environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in manual software testing
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
