Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to support strategic and operational decisions
Track performance metrics and identify trends across the organization
Apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools for forecasting and insight generation
Maintain and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Partner with leadership to identify and support process improvement opportunities
Facilitate small projects and work groups, including scope definition and progress tracking
Provide timely, accurate data and clear reporting to stakeholders
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

2-4 years of experience in decision support, business intelligence, or data analysis
Hands-on Tableau and Power BI experience required
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams
Basic project facilitation skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree desirable
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
SQL and data visualization experience preferred
Experience with EMR and/or RIS systems preferred
