Responsibilities

Analyze workflows, production processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies
Develops strategies to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize costs
Designs plant layouts for optimal material flow and space utilization while ensuring ergonomic and safety considerations
Collects and interprets data on production rates, resource utilization, and quality metrics, using statistical tools and simulation models to predict outcomes and support decision-making
Implements Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment
Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate digital tools such as MES and ERP systems
Provides technical guidance and training to hourly team members and other colleagues on process changes or best practices
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Specialized Degree: Industrial Engineering
0-2 Years of Experience in Industrial Engineering
Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Ability to analyze workflows, production processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies
Develop strategies to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize costs
Design plant layouts for optimal material flow and space utilization while ensuring ergonomic and safety considerations

Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

Preferred

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
2-4 years of experience in Industrial Engineering
