Customer Service Coordinator / CSC Oncology
Lovelace Health System is a multispecialty provider group that includes clinics and doctors across various specialties. They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to provide direct customer service and front desk assistance in their Oncology department.

Responsibilities
Provides direct customer service and front desk assistance for the assigned department, including but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance
Handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance, and performs and/or oversees cashiering operations
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Medical terminology Knowledge
One (1) year of previously related experience
Knowledge of office procedures
Knowledge of insurance plans
Skilled in a variety of software applications
Preferred
Associate's Degree in a related field of study
Previous medical office experience
