Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to molecular biology, microbiology, genetics, and bioinformatics
Create and curate high-quality datasets, experiment summaries, scientific prompts, and simulated research scenarios for AI training
Identify inaccuracies, missing context, or gaps in scientific explanations and provide precise, evidence-based corrections
Collaborate asynchronously with AI quality and research teams to refine scientific guidelines and best practices
Maintain high standards for scientific accuracy, reproducibility, and ethical alignment across all content
Provide domain-specific feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of AI systems
Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a life sciences discipline such as Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, or related fields
Hands-on experience in laboratory research or computational biology
Strong data analysis and scientific interpretation skills
Excellent scientific writing and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to design experiments and critically evaluate experimental outcomes
Solid understanding of scientific rigor, reproducibility, and ethical research practices
