Responsibilities

Perform routine visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods

Conduct basic laboratory tests following established protocols and safety procedures

Record data accurately and maintain organized documentation in accordance with quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO)

Identify and report non-conformances to supervisors or quality leads

Support the quarantine, release, and tracking of materials

Maintain cleanliness and calibration of testing equipment

Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation updates

Qualification

Required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures

Basic math and measurement skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as required

Preferred

Prior experience in quality control, manufacturing, or lab work

An associates degree in STEM

Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems

Experience with calipers, viscometers, or basic inspection tools
