Responsibilities
Manage a USA & South American Team
Drive sales growth across U.S.-based pharmaceutical customer
Sell engineered packaging solutions into regulated life-sciences environment
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with target account
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract clos
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business
Deliver a consultative, solutions-led sales approach aligned with customer technical and compliance need
Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations with technical and executive stakeholder
Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM and market intelligence
Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory reporting
Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the U.S. pharmaceutical packaging sector
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of successful B2B sales & Management experience, ideally in technical or engineered solution
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent professional experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to engage effectively with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholder
Highly self-motivated with strong territory and time-management skills
Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skill
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the United States
Preferred
Experience selling into pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Background in packaging, engineering, automation, hardware, or industrial products a plus
Fluent Spanish is an advantage but not essential
