Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Preparing, proofreading and editing documents, presentations and reports
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes
Data Management and Analysis
Helping gather and analyze data related to physician productivity, staffing and operational performance
Assisting with the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets and reports for administration decision-making
Project Coordination
Supporting on-going projects such as on-boarding initiatives, compliance audits or workflow optimization
Collaborating with the AHG team on initiatives to improve administrative processes and physician support
Communication and Liaison
Acting as a point of contact for various departments and assisting with interdepartmental coordination
Communicating professionally with physicians, administrative leaders and external stakeholders, as needed
Qualification
Required
Entering Jr. or Sr. year of college; or recent graduate
2.5 or above GPA
Ability to work in-person and on-site in central Arkansas
