Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated responses related to chemistry, materials science, experimental methods, and scientific research
Develop structured training datasets, scientific prompts, experiment scenarios, and clear technical explanations
Identify inaccuracies, missing reasoning, or gaps in AI outputs and recommend precise, scientifically sound improvements
Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to refine content guidelines and quality benchmarks
Ensure adherence to laboratory safety standards, ethical research practices, and domain best practices across all materials
Interpret complex experimental and characterization data and present findings in accurate, accessible formats
Provide expert feedback and domain insights to support continuous improvement of AI models
Qualification
Required
Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline
Strong expertise in scientific data interpretation, analysis, and technical writing
In-depth knowledge of laboratory methodologies, safety protocols, and research ethics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and detail
Ability to critically evaluate scientific content and translate complex concepts for varied audiences
High commitment to scientific accuracy, rigor, and continuous learning
