Electro is a company that produces functional chewing gum designed for athletes. They are seeking a Social Media & Athlete Relations Intern to manage athlete communications and ensure a seamless experience for their athlete ambassadors.

Food & Beverages

Responsibilities

Respond to athlete DMs daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
Maintain strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
Answer FAQs and resolve athlete questions using provided playbooks
Escalate unique requests/issues to the founding team quickly
Log and track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion + Social Snowball)
Represent Electro Gum’s brand voice with energy, positivity, and care

Qualification

Required

Excellent written English and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability — no mistakes in athlete onboarding
Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools
Ability to manage a high volume of athlete communication

Preferred

Passion for sports, NIL, and athlete culture (preferred but not required)
