Responsibilities

Understand the client's business, modeling their processes into the ERP, playing with the product's strength to meet requirements and to bridge gaps to bring value

Help manage end to end implementations of D365 F&O

Design the end-to-end solution, providing the best of industry processes while interacting daily with counterparts

Play a key role in building the company's tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools

Review functional design documents, provide recommendations, design technical documents, coding, deployment, and code reviews

Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries establishing credibility with the customer and/or prospect

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the platforms and products

Lead the activities of one of the project's workstreams, which may include planning activities, leading design and refinement sessions, configuration of Infor software, coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining documentation and statistics on progress, oversight of testing activities, and management of Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions

Required

Bachelor's in software engineering (or another related field) or relevant years of experience

10+ years Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or AX developer experience including Integration development

Hands on experience with 5+ full life cycle implementations in MS Dynamics

End to end MS365 experience

Team lead experience

Ability to travel up to 50%

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

Experience in two or more of the technologies: Azure (Logic Apps, Functions etc.), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio

Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules

Dynamics 365 solution data model

Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
