Independently performs skilled preventive maintenance work in operating, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling a variety of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems and equipment and performs other related duties as assigned

EPA Universal Technician certificationAir conditioning maintenanceRefrigeration systems repairSupervisory aptitudeTwo years experience

Required

Current EPA certification as a Universal Technician
Legal Authorization to Work Requirement: Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States
TWO (2) YEARS of work experience in the repair, overhaul and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, as a fully competent Air Conditioning Mechanic
Possess Supervisory Aptitude
Certification as a Universal Technician is required
Possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment
Ability to lift and carry items of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation
