Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day project execution working with your established teams
Establish technical design/development guidelines, templates and standards
Interact regularly with other stakeholders not limited to end-user clients, project management teams, development teams, offshore development teams, testing and other cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key internal clients, organize and participate in and lead aspects of the development process and contribute to the development of key technology strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, in a hands-on development role, working across borders and as an integral team member
Experience with asynchronous processing
5+ years' full system lifecycle development experience
5+ years' hands-on experience working with Python, including FastAI or Flask
4+ years' experience working with RESTful APIs, which should include asynchronous processing experience
4+ years' experience building microservices and scalable APIs using Python and Java/Node.js
5+ years' working in a client-facing development role
Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or the equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to handle difficult situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities
Experience working on large scale projects
Experience with industry standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies
Industry recognized technology certifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
Strong presentation skills, including experience using tools such as MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint
