Topify.ai is building the world’s first Agentic Growth System, and they are seeking a GEO Product Manager to join their founding team. The role involves owning the productization of AI Search, SEO/GEO, and agent-driven growth workflows, focusing on designing and shipping Generative Engine Optimization products.

Information Services

Responsibilities

Design and ship Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) products for AI search (ChatGPT, AI assistants, agentic browsers)
Turn growth strategies (SEO, content, distribution, conversion) into Agent-executable workflows
Own organic acquisition systems for B2B & prosumer products
Build and run A/B testing & growth experimentation frameworks
Partner closely with engineering, data, and go-to-market teams across time zones
Be directly responsible for organic traffic, AI search visibility, and growth outcomes

Required

Strong understanding of LLMs, Agents, automation systems
Actively using cutting-edge AI products (ChatGPT, Claude, agent frameworks)
Comfortable translating AI capabilities into scalable growth mechanisms
Hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, content growth, AI Search optimization
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and prosumer growth loops
Familiar with acquisition → activation → conversion → retention funnels
Experience in early-stage startups or 0→1 products
High ownership, bias toward action, outcome-driven
Willing to commit as a founding team member, not just an IC
Strong strategic execution mindset
Proven experience with A/B testing, growth experiments, data-driven decisions
Ability to coordinate cross-functional, cross-timezone teams

Preferred

Built or owned SEO / growth platforms
Experience with AI Search, GEO, agentic workflows
Global or US market experience (English-first content & growth)
A growth system or experiment you've built
