Bookkeeper
California Lawyers for the Arts (CLA) supports the creative community by providing education, legal representation, and dispute resolution services. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting with financial reporting to support the organization's financial operations and mission.

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Bookkeeping and creating financial statements
Strong knowledge of Accounting Software and Finance management
Experience with recording Journal Entries and ensuring proper accounting practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Palmdale, CA
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus
