Baptist Health is seeking an Information Services Intern to assist with various projects and technical solutions. The intern will coordinate projects, meet with users and stakeholders, and provide user training while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

Coordination and direction of assigned projects to meet goals and deadlines
Taking concepts and turning them into technical solutions that solve problems
Meeting with users and stakeholders to gather information regarding the nature of requests for modification and/or problem solution
Identifying opportunities and credibly presenting ideas to management
Consulting with vendors, evaluating products and selecting purchase of equipment
Installation or upgrade of systems
Developing and providing user training for hardware and software use
Reviewing user manuals and user documentation
Planning and implementing periodic maintenance schedules for various systems and network devices
IT documentation as assigned by Project Leader
Meeting deadlines and budgets of multiple projects
Providing written status reports and updates, as needed

Required

Entering Jr. or Sr. year of college; or recent graduate
2.5 or above GPA
Ability to work in-person and on-site in central Arkansas
